The breakfast food was often cold because they didn't close the lid on the food containers. When some things were all eaten they were not replenished even though it was well before 10 o'clock when breakfast finished. The coffee provided in the room was 3 in 1, which is not good for people with diabetes, as it contains sugar. I had to buy my own instant coffee to havecoffee in my room.

Clean room and amenities. Not satisfied with the reception. Not giving the correct information of places you asked for help. Making you go a long way and after that you will realize it’s just a few kilometers away from the hotel. Very close to everything.

I booked a room 344 square ft with 1 queen bed and a twin bed, but they gave me a room seem much smaller with 3 double beds, and there’s not much space left for moving around. I showed them my booking but they said there’s no room available. It ruined my day!

This is a great hotel! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet is very good and included in price of room. Only problem is there is not enough hot water in the month of January. Showers will be cold. Solar heaters dont get enough sun this tume of year.

Unfortunately our stay was short-lived due to an air conditioner problem that made us check out early but nonetheless the location of the hotel is ideal. There is a street market right in front of the hotel so it can be crowded trying to get a Grab to drop you off or pick you up. But this hotel is ideal for walking and restaurants. The hotel also offered breakfast, which was very delicious and had a small variety of food. The view from the Breakfast patio was Very Nice. Even with our air situation, the staff was very apologetic and they tried to help us as much as possible.

The hotel was in a great location with lots of places for eating and shopping nearby, including a large market pavilion. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The lady behind the bar welcomed guests with a smile and provided excellent service. I would happily return to this hotel.
