Bon Ami were great hosts, I had an issue with ants in my first room they were spot on to get it cleaned and taken care of for me and even switched me to a bigger room. They were great at accommodating whatever was needed.

Property was clean, staff were nice. When left bags, bags were just left in lobby etc. room was average, quite old and dated, but weren’t in the room much, so not much of a problem. Air con was very poor, room was really really hot. Overall, for the price and location, can’t complain.

Staff were very nice and professional. Location next to tourist area which is what we wanted for our first time in Saigon. We felt safe but the area might be a bit chaotic and messy for some. Bathroom smelled like mildew, but bedding was clean and comfortable. Hotel cost was very reasonable. Breakfast was very good.
