My family had another great stay at the A&Em Saigon Hotel. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. We have had to change our itinerary a few times and they understand and are super accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast menu is diverse and tasty. Was given a complimentary 30 minute Foot Massage that was absolutely amazing! All the staff I met went above and beyond the call of duty. Hang Vo clearly treats her guest like long list friends or family. The young man working the lobby did so with great care with zero expectations. The young lady who cared for me daily by cleaning my room was always a bright spot in my day! Truly felt welcomed.
