Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Es war viel zu kalt, die Fenster waren schon angeschlagen. Es war nicht Sauber ,der Geschierspüler war nicht richtig aus. Anscheint geht da auch noch nicht mal jemand mal kucken ob alles in Ordnung ist. Keine Heizung ging. Nur das mit der Fernbedienung und da waren noch nicht mal Battarien drin. Wir hatten ein Wäschepacket Bestellt war auch nicht da. Wir mussten uns mit Geschiertüchern abtrocknen. Mein Mann hat die Hotline am Tag als wir angekommen sind 3 mal angerufen. Beim 4 mal ist keiner mehr Drangegangen. Am nächsten Tag Morgens wieder, bis mein Mann dann Mittags die Nummer angerufen hat die am Haus steht. Und der Gute Mann hat uns weiter geholfen. Dann kam am späten Nachmittag noch der Wäsche Mann und der hat auch nach geschaut. Er hat uns erst mal gesagt in der Küche und im Bad ist Fußboden Heizung. Aber leider ging die auch nicht. Wir hatten uns so auf den Urlaub gefreut, aber leider war es ein Reinfall. Wir waren das erste und das Letzte mal da. Mfg Axel und Carmen Mecklenburg-Krischker
