Beware of cancellation at the Sasebo Washington

Beware! My two sons became ill probably due to eating bad sushi. They flew back home 3 days prior to stay in Sasebo. I cancelled their rooms 2-3 days before our stay at the Sasebo Washington Hotel. I was refused credit.
