Overall very excellent experience

The hotel was very neat n clean with great choice of breakfast. The crew was very friendly and hospitable. Specially Muhammad at front desk and Tippy in the breakfast room. Out of the 6 hotels we stayed for our West-Canada trip this summer, this was the best.

Feels more like a motel than a hotel. Overpriced for what it offers and not worth the cost. The bed sheets were ripped, there were bugs, and the AC was so loud I could hardly sleep. If you’re vegetarian, breakfast options are very limited

Stay was fine, didn’t come do bedding or towels once in a 3 night stay. A/C barely worked, took a full day to cool room. The blinds didn’t cover part of the window so always bright and hot. Key didn’t work one night and elevator was down for a day

The room was dirty, the bathroom floor and our room carpet was dirty, the window was broken so couldn't open it nor shut it all the way so made it louder with traffic noise. The breakfast lady was the happiest worker I've ever met , she was great.
