This quaint luxury retreat is steps from exciting Coligny Plaza and so close to the ocean you can smell the salty air from the balcony of this totally renovated villa.
Stepping into the condo, the cook in your family will fall in love with the top of the line kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, white wood cabinetry, and shiny granite counter tops. Just past the bar top counter is a dining area with 4 plush chairs hugging the glass table top.
The living area features plush tan sofas, both are sleepers, and a fancy glass cabinet housing a large screen TV.
The majestic master bedroom features a spacious king bed with white accents and soft teal coloring. A full bathroom completes the space with a walk-in shower.

Great location!
A great location and very clean. Was perfect size for my husband and I. Only complaint we had was the water temp in the shower. It would scald you one minute and freeze you the next. Overall was a good place. Would stay there again.
