Come prepared to relax in this peaceful, ocean setting. From our enclosed lanai you see the lush landscape of the spa~the lagoon, outdoor pool, and ocean transform you into vacation mode. This private, gated community provides 24/7 security, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, tennis court, shuffleboard, and play area for children.
Our villa is in the building closest to the amazing, renourished beach of Port Royal Sound. It is 50 short steps from the beach, pier, and wildlife. Walk the natural tidal beach or pier, search for shells, dig for clams, and view wildlife. Rest on the swings facing the Atlantic Ocean in this private location.
Our place is fully furnished & equipped. The living room has a comfy couch that opens into a queen-size bed. It also has a large flat screen TV. The dining room flows from the living room providing seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, utensils, pots & pans, cookie sheets, coffee maker with liners, carafe, toaster, blender, salt & pepper. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, microwave, & dishwasher. All soaps, dishtowels & paper products are provided. A washer and dryer, laundry soap & basket, ironing board & iron will assist your laundry needs.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a firm, supportive mattress. Pillows, linens & blankets provided.There is also a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The on-suite full bath has a tub, shower & towels.
Bedroom #2 or guest room, has 2 twin beds, 2 dressers, a small flat screen TV with a DVD player. A second full bath with tub, shower & towels is available.
Extra items for your enjoyment in the condo are beach toys, beach chairs, indoor games, books, and informational pamphlets.
The Spa is conveniently located to area restaurants, supermarkets, the airport, movie theater, and general shopping areas. We have provided an information book with detailed descriptions, maps to places & activities on Hilton Head Island.

Family trip

It was very clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay. We were happy to find beach chairs and some extras that made the trip even nicer. The Spa is currently renovating the indoor pool and we never found a fitness center. That is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars for accurate listing. This is not the owner's fault. We loved the easy access to a quiet beach and the wonderful shaded spots at The Spa. My favorite thing about the condo was the wonderful little screened in porch. So relaxing.

Great getaway!!

Serenity is a cozy condo in a beautiful spot of Hilton Head. Close to many shops and restaurants. Bob and Debbie are excellent host. Would stay here again!

Nice not great!

The condo is nice. The average rented out and abused weekly beach condo. Everything you need for your week and the owners are very nice. Communication throughout the entire process and week to make sure there were not any issues. The “beach” part of this property not my style. When the tide is out everyday it is half a mile walk to water or better thru parts of mud and muck. Lots of crabs and LOTS of jellyfish! Not really a beach for little ones I would think. Also a cat habitat next property. Feral cats roam thru the parking lot. Property also set in lots of trees which brings lots of bugs. I did see the bug guy spray one day, but the south has more bugs, spiders, lizards, etc. Outdoor pool is directly behind condo which was nice.

Perfect Place

Clean, close to the beach, updated, and well-maintained. The owner, Bob, was so great!. He texted before, during, and after the stay to make sure everything was good - it was great! We hope to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity on the Sound. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Access to the beach on the sound was great, and the grounds were beautiful. Bob and Debbie were so good with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING HOSTS

The hosts Bob and Debbie are the most amazing people I’ve ever dealt with when booking a condo. They helped make sure we had everything set up for our trip. knowing we had been devastated by Hurricane Helene they made sure we were safe. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The condo is fine. We found garbage under the bed and did not feel like it was as clean as it could have been. The idea that one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom is enough for 5 days is strange. The beach is rocky and the water is very low most of the day. The ceiling fan in the kitchen shakes when it runs, like it is going to fall off the ceiling. The plugs in the master bedroom did not work except one. The master bathtub does not drain.

Much needed relaxing property

The location and property exceeded our expectations. Bob and Debbie were available, but they could add little to our stay as everything was in place. Our kids loved the closeness to the pool(s) and the beach, and we enjoyed how quiet the property was. Will consider the same property if returning to Hilton Head.

Anniversary get away

We have stayed at this location before and will plan to again the next time we head down for our anniversary. This location couldn’t be any better to fit our needs. We got a few glances of the resident Eagle this year as we left. Conveniently located to restaurants and the island winery (love)! The owners are always very responsive to any questions we may have.

Wonderful Hosts

Bob and Debbie are fantastic hosts. Communication with them was exceptional, beginning before we even arrived. They provided all the information needed for our late arrival and furnished a parking pass for the duration of our stay. They kept communication flowing after our arrival and offered lots of great suggestions for experiences on the island. The condo itself is located at the end, closest to the beach and right next to the pool. It was very clean and comfortable, with ceiling fans to boost as well as a/c. There are several board games and a deck of cards in the cabinet and we spent our late evenings at the table, playing games. We never turned on the tv our entire stay. We really enjoyed the time we were there and hope to stay in their lovely condo again.

Quiet getaway

We enjoyed our stay on this side of the island. No rows of beach umbrellas (large crowds) so you are able really enjoy the beach. We had a small problem, but Bob was quick to get it fixed. There are few updates that could be made, but overall, a great place to unwind for a week.

Great trip

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed our stay at this property, it was very comfortable and had many extras for us. There is plenty of room for us and we appreciated all the amenities of the property. We loved how close we were to the beach, just a short walk. And we quickly adapted to getting around to other parts of town for shopping and food.

Exactly what we expected

Our stay was perfect. There were 6 of us and we all were very comfortable. The beach is a nature beach so bring your nets and shovels. My son caught 2 sharks and lots of crabs. The most important item to pack is water shoes! I cut my foot on day one in the pluff mud. We did appreciate the security around the area. Very friendly and enforced the rules.

We had a lovely stay. The owners were great with communication and info. It was a nice condo with everything you could need for a vacation. The only downfall was the people above us. They sounded like they were rearranging the entire condo every night. But other then that it was a great place to stay.

Overall it was a good condo. It isn't the most new looking, but if you you are looking for something basic and clean, it was good. It was a great location, especially if you like a natural beach. Owners were quick to respond.

Great and affordable place to stay.

I have stayed at this resort before but in a differnt condo, so I knew whay to expect. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and beach access great. The only thing I'm counting off for, is it could have used a deep cleaning. It was quit dusty behind the beds. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and beach toys. The only suggestion I have is to get lamps in bedrooms with plug ins for phone. It was difficult to reach outlets behind beds. I know its not within control of ownere, but noise above head was terrible. At one point I wondered if they were doing construction above head.

Beautiful location

Condo is a bit outdated but overall comfortable. The owner is great to work with but the HOA is not good at dealing with owners request for service.
