Welcome to our charming second-floor condo on HHI! It’s an end unit with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and coastal décor. What a great way to start your vacation by sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful lagoon. You may even catch a glimpse of the alligator that is frequently in the lagoon.

The kitchen has been totally revamped with new cabinets, appliances, and quartz countertops. It’s well-stocked with all the kitchen essentials, including dishes, glasses, pots, pans, a blender, toaster, and more. You’ll be able to cook a great meal and enjoy eating together at the table that’s large enough to fit the whole group. A small basket of snacks await you and are on the kitchen table.

In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sleeper sofa, a large storage ottoman, two side chairs and a TV (all TVs have a Fire TV Stick). The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress, a TV, and lagoon views.

The second bedroom has a full/double bed and a twin bed,
and a wall-mounted TV.

When you arrive, you’ll find clean linens on all the beds, including sheets for the pull-out sleeper sofa. There are also sets of towels, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, as well as dishcloths, dish detergent, dishwasher liquid, and a roll of paper towels to get you started in the kitchen.

I believe our resort has the best section of beach on the whole island and the resort offers everything you need for a great vacation. There is beach access, pools, barbeque/grilling areas, courts for tennis and pickleball, a playground for the kids, bike rentals, and a fitness center. We also have a sports bar with great food, a great gluten-fee pizza and it also has outside seating and overlooks a lagoon. Inside are two pool tables and trivia for those who love to



Beginning in mid June to the second week in August the resort has activities to keep your children busy from Dive-In movie night on Mondays, to hair braiding, to DJ Thursdays. Fun for everyone.

During the summer, shore services rent chairs and umbrellas if you want to just relax on the beach.

Washing machines and dryers are conveniently located near the fitness center at the resort. Machines are operated on CleanPay Mobile app which can be downloaded on your phone or you can purchase a CleanPay card at the laundry room by the Fitness center.

If you don’t feel like cooking—no problem! There are onsite restaurants and plenty of options nearby. The island is a foodie’s paradise with over 200 restaurants. We’ve got some of the best restaurants around, and most of them are super casual. Once you book you can request a restaurant suggestion guide that are some of our favorites. In addition to dining, the island has a ton of fun activities to keep you entertained. From kayaking, outdoor concerts, shopping, horseback riding, golf, and mini-golf, there is something for everyone.

Amazing first trip to the island!

We loved our stay at HHI Beach and Tennis Resort. Condo was beautiful with a view of the lagoon and lots of wildlife as well as pool and beach access! Condo itself was very clean and stocked well with anything you would need to cook in or pack and head to the beach for a day! Dee was a great hostess!

We enjoyed the property very much. Everything was pretty much as described. The basket of snacks were enjoyed by all. It is a bit of a hike to the beach but if you're planning to spend most of the day out there it isn't too much of an issue.

Condo was a wonderful place to stay for a family of three. Clean, modernized, nice amenities, good location in the resort. The basket of snacks upon arrival was a kind touch. Seeing all the turtles in the lagoon was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Dee is an amazing host! She went over and beyond with anything we needed. She was always warm and welcoming and even after our stay, her follow up with my family has been genuine. I feel I made a friend from this vacation. I can’t imagine anyone not having an excellent experience with Dee. As for the condo, it was clean and decorated very nicely. There wasn’t anything we needed- pretty much everything was already provided. Enjoyed my coffee every morning on the balcony.Great place, great area and great host!

Hilton Head Weekend

Condo community was as described, and it was nice to have the beach bar, but the facility is older. The unit was updated nicely, but very small. In my opinion, no more than 4 guests should stay. We could barely fit our suitcases on the floor of the main bedroom and had to step over them to get to the bed. The balcony overlooking the pond was nice. I was thankful our host allowed us to check in 90 minutes early, however we had no idea where to park or the unit number. I called and the host seemed a little annoyed because she claimed to have sent me the information prior, but I never got an email. I use the VRBO app and none of the details were included as to picking up parking passes, unit number and that an additional parking pass was only available for a 40 fee and should have been arranged prior. If renting with VRBO all that information should be provided in the app or at the very least a note letting the guest know they should get a separate email with the details and if you don't get the email to reach out. We stay at VRBOs often and this was very unusual and kind of annoying. No beach towels were provided and only one towel per guest. No extra trash bags for the kitchen can. They did have a nice welcome basket with snacks. Beds were comfortable.

My wife and I went to play golf and visit since we had never been there before. Had a wonderful time at the resort visiting the pool and eating at the club. The weather was great until rain on the last day. Would enjoy returning for another visit.

Much needed week away in a perfect condo!

My family had the best week staying at this condo. Super clean and updated renovations made this a super cozy, relaxing week. Easy, close parking with a short 5-10 minute walk to the pool and beach. The welcome basket of snacks was a great touch. My daughter even loved the couch bed! Relaxing deck for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Thank you so so much for sharing your space with us. Great Location and updated Condo

We had a fun visit to HHI, and this place was in a great location - close to many stores and restaurants, and on site beach bar with great food as well. Condo was well equipped - but laundry is an on-site laundromat. The second bedroom was great for kids, and the updates in the condo were really nice. The only complaint is that the master bedroom king mattress should be replaced and was not a new mattress as indicated in one of the listing pictures. It was sunken in on both sides and was not comfortable, at all. The host is responsive and helpful and contacted us when the condo was ready so we could check in early. If you’re looking for a place in a great HHI location, this would be a fun place!

Amazing hosts

Dee is amazing to work with. She answered all my questions both before and during the trip. Everythung was as specified in the listing and better. We have been staying at Beach and Tennis multiple times a year since 2004 and have never had a host to welcome us with a basket of goodies, extra supplies, and have EVERYTHING we needed! These little extra touches were so incredible and we will definately stay with them again!

Very nice condo, close to the beach

Everything was great. The apartment is clean and nice and separate rooms were appreciated by our teens! We spent most of our time on the beach but we always looked forward coming in to rest. The beds were very comfy! AC worked great. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a pitcher (to chill water in but we used a bowl instead) and salt and pepper shakers. But we managed and we enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony. The view of the lagoon was great and we saw a lot of turtles just hanging out there and the local aligator. Seemed like everytime I opened the sliding door he immediately swam towards our building (good hearing LOL). Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. The walk to the beach took about 10 min, we enjoyed it a lot, since the bar and the pool were on the way! Thank you for a great stay.

Easy, relaxing vacation!

First, let’s start with Dee. Easy to ask questions of, friendly and very responsive. The unit is well appointed with everything needed for a seamless move in. My husband mentioned twice how comfortable the bed was. Easy pool and beach access. Great vacation!

Peaceful room.

The condo was in a very peaceful location by the lagoon. My sons were able to fish every day. The room was clean, organized and well equipped. The room will sleep 7, but is too small to accommodate 7 people comfortably in the living room area, kitchen and bath. The laundry facilities are two buildings away and the beach is a good 10 minute walk.
