This 1st Floor Condo is literally 160 steps or less to Pool and Beach
Fully Remodeled unit. EVERYTHING is brand new and ready for the 2025 Season.

Non Smoking Unit Offers all of the interior amenities that you could want for a comfortable stay. Queen bed in Open Bedroom floor plan with double barn doors for Privacy. Bunk Beds in hallway that are best to sleep children under 12 along with a Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living room.

Full of all the utensils, pots, pans etc. for booking. Keurig and Coffee Maker for the morning. 2 Smart TV's 55" in Living Room and 36" in the Bedroom. Dishwasher, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Blender and Toaster.

NO PETS!!!

Ceiling Fans are in the Living and Bedroom, which is also an upgrade as all Resort units were not built with them in mind.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, 1 set on each Bunk Bed, and 1 set in a plastic bag for the Couch Sleeper Sofa (located in Bedroom Closet). Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps (2 pods each), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. This is your amount for your stay.

Washer and Dryers are down the hall. 2 pods are provided for you upon arrival. You will have to go to the Convention Center past the Front Desk to purchase a money card and add credit to it. Each load is $3.00

Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.

-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.

-NO E-BIKES: They are not allowed past Security Gate, but there is a rack to have them locked outside in a designated E-Bike Rack.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.

The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom had the extra countertop dressing space with mirror which was nice. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. Quality of sleep due to poor mattress was not pleasant.

We loved this little Condo in HHI

We loved how close this little condo was to the beach and the pool! Being on the first floor made it easy to access the pool, beach, and our car.The condo has been updated with new appliances and fixtures. We enjoyed the spa-like feeling of the bathroom, which was perfect after a day out on the island. The decor throughout the unit gives it a coastal vibe, making it an ideal place to relax. Despite the new decor, the condo is still kid-friendly! Our child loved the little bunk beds and was thrilled to find that Disney was already set up on the TV. He really enjoyed his stay!Our only complaint was the bedroom shutters; light from outside filters through at night, which affected our sleep. Other than that, this was the perfect location for a getaway on Hilton Head! We plan to come back!

Pros: very short walk to pool and beach. 1st floor unit is convenient for families with small children. The balcony doesn’t face a parking lot, which is nice. Fairly clean. Cons: worn in and uncomfortable furniture - you sink into the bed (which is also really squeaky) and the couches too. Balcony appears private but is actually right next to a stairwell so anyone going into the building has to walk right by you. You can hear everything in the halls and other rooms at night but I think that would be an issue in any unit. The unit is very small but doable for a small family. We traveled with a toddler and he slept on one of the built in bunk beds in the hall. This was fine but once he was asleep, there was nothing else we could do with how small the place was. The bedroom had a sliding door and was two feet away so no TV. The light on the balcony didn’t work so we weren’t able to play cards or anything (to be fair, we didn’t complain about this so it could be an easy fix). Tips: If you plan on spending time outside on the balcony, bring mosquito repellant!Also - the pool does not open until 9am. Overall, for a couple or a couple with a small child, this would be fine, especially if you don’t plan on spending much time inside.

Perfect Couples Weekend Getaway

Great location near the beach end of the complex, on the first floor, and with balcony NOT facing the parking lot. Interior is very nice with stylish updates throughout. Our only problem is one we would have with any unit in this complex. The bedroom has a window that is facing the hallway where you easily hear everyone walking by and talking. Overall great place and would book again.

We Left Our Heart on HHI!

This was our second visit to the island and the HHB&T resort which we fell in love with the first time and remain enamored with. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach condo. It is exactly as the owner advertised in the listing. We arrived to a very pretty and perfectly clean place which had everything we needed for our stay. The location is the BEST, being on the 1st floor and very close to the pool and beach with easy access to our vehicles. Yet, it is on the back side of the building, facing the marsh, which was quieter and offered more privacy. The resort also offers some of the best amenities on the island from the immaculate pool and restaurants to bike rentals, tennis/pickle ball, gym, basketball hoop, and playground area. We were there just after season but I understand there are many enjoyable activities if you visit in-season. I also want to note that the management team, as well as all of the workers, are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place as well as hope to return again one day. Book this place and visit soon. You will not be disappointed.

The unit was freshly updated and spotless. Steps from pool and beach. View on patio was tranquil and lush. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Reliable ice maker in the new fridge that was greatly appreciated. Host recommendations were spot on and very helpful.

Actually this was probably the BEST unit in the resort. First floor, SUPER close to the beach and the pool!! Beautiful, clean and perfect for a family getaway. If we ever visit Hilton Head again, would definitely come here again!

Great Property, so close to the pool and the beach

We came from out of state, this was our 2nd time going to HH. We were extremely pleased with our stay, the condo had everything you could’ve asked for. It was designed and decorated very nicely, had any appliance you might need, and enough room for everyone to not be on top of each other. The kids loved the bunk beds, and you’re in the last building that is closest to the pool and the beach. They even have a bar/restaurant that is directly by the pool. Great place and great location.

Quick Getaway

We enjoyed our short stay in this nicely remodeled condo! It’s completely renovated with no update left undone. From light fixtures, cabinetry, trim work, to the flooring… it is all brand new inside. It’s a very short walk to the beach and easy to drive to shopping and restaurants. Very nice!

Best location!

This was a great ground floor condo, we didnt spend too much of the trip at it, (because hello vacation) but it was just perfect. The resort didnt have elevators that we saw so staying on any other floor except the ground wouldve been awful for dragging kids and beach things around. The upstairs neighbors were a bit loud at night but honestly that cant be helped im sure they were just on vca too. The place was beautiful if small, however it fit us just fine. The living/kitchen was spacious. And the shower has a seat which is also great for tired kids you want to get rinsed. It rained for a few of the days but we went out and ate and did fun things with the kids on the island. Oh and they added the broom so that was perfect for getting the day to day sand off those nice floors! Also the hair dryer they have in a drawer was an absolute life saver bc i did not pack mine so i was glad to have it there. Towels were more than adequate for the stay, however a vouple more garbage bags wouldve been great on clean up day so that you dont have to go out and buy any just to make sure youve got up properly. Our family loves it! Restaurants : skull creek dockside, street meet, old oyster factory, and hook and reel were great!
