502 Forest Beach Villas is unique, cozy and spacious for 580 square feet. A beautifully remodeled top floor unit, this villa is located on the 4th floor via elevator then a few steps up to the 5th floor and provides guests with peek-a-boo views of the Atlantic Ocean from the windows overlooking the parking lot.

When entering the villa to the immediate left is a fully equipped kitchen which has new counter tops, tile floors, and plenty of counter space. The dining area, located just outside the kitchen, features a round top table for four and comfortable seating.

The spacious living room features a brand-new sleeper sofa and loveseat, perfect for curling up with your favorite book, or peering out at the fantastic sunshine. Off the living room to the right is the master bedroom, with king size bed, Smart TV, and private bath with a new stackable washer and dryer inside, and new walk-in shower with tile and glass doors.

Hilton Head beach-oriented rentals such as this one provides guests with everything they need. Guests will certainly enjoy this little piece of paradise nestled between beautiful vegetation, and the Atlantic Ocean. This property is within walking distance to various restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza with live music, a grocery store, bike rentals, as well as the famous Tiki Hut Outdoor Beach Bar and the newly completed Lowcountry Celebration Park. Bike racks are available guest rental bikes. We recommend renting from Hilton Head Bicycle Company.

PROS: The check-in/out process was a breeze! The location was amazing, view was decent, very quiet and grounds were kept nicely. Once inside, the living room. bedroom and shower are very spacious. AC kept us cool during a heat wave (felt like 119 outside). The kitchen was nicely updated, big fridge and dishwasher. The bed was SUPER comfortable with nice pillows and extra blankets. We did end up using one of the beach chairs and they both appeared brand new or at least bought this summer. CONS: The condo isnt clearly marked for buildings number or units. Had to get out first to find it before we dragged all of our luggage (glad we did). The stairs leading up to the condo building and into the condo itself are horrendous. There is no way anyone with a disability could maneuver around this place. Stairs are everywhere and the elevators are SLOW! When it feels like 110 outside, every stair and every second outside is brutal. The staircase leading up to the condo is tight, turns several times and is just awkward trying to get your luggage up them. It was a nightmare being a single mom with a kid. The kitchen care barely fit two people, I wouldn't recommend cooking anything gourmet as there is little space, but to warm something up is fine. Definitely bring your own bathing towels. We were there 5 days, 4 nights and given one wash cloth, one hand towel and two body towels (per person). I did not come on vacation to do laundry. And, dryer never worked after trying 3 cycles.

Condo was in great condition and the pictures did a great job showing what we would expect. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was beautiful and the large shower was awesome. The inclusion of pretty much everything we needed made us not regret choosing a hotel instead. We flew in, so having beach chairs and towels was helpful. Pool and tennis courts were great. We loved the location. Short walk across the street to the beach, and a short walk to Coligny. Lastly, we loved the access to the parking garage with the passes so parking our rental was easy.

This property was fantastic, it was very clean and they went above and beyond for us when we arrived and played relaxing, spa music, and had the towels laid out for us. The kitchen towels were even in fun shapes, they were folded as swans kissing! If you’re considering staying here, I highly recommend.

Fun week at Hilton Head

Our first visit to South Carolina! It is beyond beautiful. Very tropical and well kept up. I loved the live oak trees and Spanish moss hanging from the limbs!Keith is a very attentive host, replied quickly to our needs. Our unit was spotless. The bed was lovely, a great mattress and luxurious bedding. The kitchen and bathroom were beautifully appointed and well equipped. I would say the L.R. furniture is beyond its due date. The sofa in particular needs replacing. Only the nice cushions made it passably comfortable.I was disappointed in the lack of street lighting in Hilton Head at night. Also the fact that pedestrians and by bike riders share the same, rather narrow paths. Feels a bit hazardous , especially at nite. The city needs to address this.All in all, a nice trip . I’m glad we saw this beautiful place.

Winter break

We stayed in the condo for a few weeks and enjoyed the area. The place was very clean and had everything as stated in the listing. We would have enjoyed more outdoor areas to utilize and the possibility of a grill but that’s on us not checking before! Parking is very convenient but be aware it is a walk up stairs if that is a concern with carrying luggage.

Tax Season Over!

The property was exactly as described. We throughly enjoyed the facilities. It was just a walk across the street to the beach. The property was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return. We were able to get up in the mornings and watch the sun rise. The beach was not crowded, but that may just be to the pre-peak season timing.
