We loved our stay in Hilton Head! The location of this villa could not be more perfect, especially with a young family. Very short walk to the beach, all the shops and dining. We had everything we needed in the unit. Washer and dryer came in so handy on our week long stay. The unit was super clean and owner, Jim was incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was as described and we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything you need is just a few steps away. There were a few housekeeping issues that I brought to the owners attention. Our stay was pleasant at this property, and we'd consider it again. However, it seems that the cleaning might be rushed between stays. There weren't any facial tissues, the master bedroom floors were slippery (perhaps a cleaner that wasn't suitable for the floor type), and some areas were quite dusty. I'd recommend a deeper cleaning, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Cleanest place we have stayed in a long time. Convenient location and the host was overly accommodating and responsive when we were frantically looking for a school book bag and computer that was left behind after our stay. Only issue is the code to get in the parking garage and elevator was wrong. We had to get the right code from someone else staying there.
