Fresh updates with a relaxed coastal vibe give this one-story villa all the makings for a comfortable getaway or extended stay home.

This secluded hideaway offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and private patio.
Just off the foyer to your right is the kitchen with all white appliances and white cabinets. Above the sink is a pass-thru opening to the dining area that features a rectangular wood table with seating for six guests.

Beyond the dining area is the living room with vaulted ceilings and sliding door out to the private back patio. The living room has 56" Samsung smart TV, sleeper sofa, three teal chairs and another coastal printed armchair.

The two bedrooms are to the left of the foyer. The first guest room offers a queen and twin bed and has hall access to bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, SMART TV and an attached full bathroom with pedestal sink and walk-in shower.

The private patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy family meals. There is a small outdoor loveseat, gas BBQ grill and round bar height table with six chairs and umbrella.

666 Queens Grant is just a short 3 minute walk to the community pool that is open from April - September and a 12 minute walk to nearest beach access!

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.

June stay

We had a great stay in Queen grant. Location is central to general store and a short bike ride to the beach. Condo is very wellStocked with everything you need. One suggestion would be to bring blankets to cozy up on the couch with after a long day. We had a few minor issues with our property and the property management company was prompt and fast to fix any issues that arose. There are several pools on property that never got super busy.

Overall good

living area/porch great, small bathrooms and ran out of hot water every day. Don't like master bedroom windows open to courtyard to see neighbors front door so had to leave the curtains closed all the time. Nice pools, neighborhood and location.

Family Getaway

Parking situation is awful. Too many units and way too few parking spots. Multiple nights we had to circle for nearly a half an hour to find a spot. Parking should not be a concern at your vacation rental. Unit was quiet and close to the beach but small.
