Welcome to 30 Moonshell Road, a wonderful home perfectly located just 0.2 miles from the beach in a quiet Hilton Head neighborhood. The home features a private pool with spa, is dog-friendly, and has a unique in-law suite with secondary kitchen. Because of this, 30 Moonshell is an ideal choice for holidays, family beach trips getaways, or group vacations.

Nestled in Folly Field, a peaceful area of Hilton Head, this property offers privacy while still being close to everything you need. Enjoy the tranquility of a less-crowded beach just a short walk away, or take a quick 3 -mile drive to Shelter Cove for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The house is designed for comfort and convenience. You will relax and enjoy Hilton Head through 30 Moonshell’s spacious living areas. Each featuring cozy couches, dining spaces, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Step out onto the screened-in porch for al fresco dining at the additional dining table, or relax in the private fenced backyard with a pool and spa (heating available for an additional fee).

The master bedroom features a king bed with a private, newly remodeled (2025) bathroom. Guests can also find two bedrooms opposite of the living room, each with two twin beds. These rooms share the hall bathroom. On the other end of the home, you will find the in-law suite with a second King bedroom. This bedroom also has a private bathroom.

We had a lovely time and will definitely be back! The host was very responsive to questions. The space was clean and well maintained with a good amount of amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Very well set up for pets and kids with plenty of space and short walk to the beach.

We had a great family vacation and this house fit perfectly in the plan. Plenty of towels and space for all of us. It was a short and nice walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Had a small issue with the spa when we first got there and Beachside was quick to respond and resolve any issues. We will be back next year!

I Cannot express any better than to share this house was so perfect for our family stay!! Spacious, clean, pet friendly, and the beautiful pool/ hot tub was used daily! Nice water feature too! The in law suite was a bonus! Beachside Getaways was quick to respond , very friendly and professional . The screened in porch was another bonus, plus 5 minute walk to the ocean!! 5 star week! Thank you for the many memories you helped us make!
