2213 Windsor II is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Palmetto Dunes that is decorated with a tropical flair. The balcony overlooks a gorgeous grass yard with tropical landscaping, two swimming pools, including a zero entry children's pool, and majestic trees.

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and recessed lights. The master bath has granite countertop and tile floors.

This second-floor villa features hardwood floors, light tan walls, and is tastefully decorated. The fully equipped kitchen has sky blue walls, a granite breakfast bar with three cane stools, double sinks, and a separate laundry room. Whether guests are preparing food in the kitchen, enjoying a meal with the family, or relaxing in the living room, they can see the breath-taking view of the ocean. The dining room is to the right of the front entrance and has a large glass table on a bamboo base with six high-back wood chairs. In the living room, guests can relax on the palm green sofa, two swivel chairs, or the armchair all while enjoying their favorite program on the 55" Roku TV with DVD. The balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the guest room and provides a table for four. Take in a sunrise while drinking your morning coffee. The master bedroom is to the right of the living area and is carpeted with sky blue walls. There is a king bed, swivel chair, and a 45" TV. With three large windows, guests can appreciate the yard below with an oasis of plants surrounding a lagoon and the dramatic view of the ocean. There is a walk-in closet and a private bath with double vanities, a jetted tub, and a separate glass-enclosed shower.

2213 Windsor II has great bedroom separation with a door to close just beyond the kitchen. The guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the villa and is carpeted with light yellow walls, two double beds, accent chair, and a 32" TV. There is a hall closet, as well as a hall bathroom with a single granite vanity and a combination tub/shower. This room has access to the balcony shared with the living room.

Windsor II complex is located on the beach in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes. Windsor has two oceanfront pools, one with a graduated entry for children, gas grilling area, hot tub, and children`s pool. Spend the day at the beach, sunbathing on the large sundeck or riding bikes around the island. There’s no better place for you to rest your head after days in the sun and sand on Hilton Head Island.
