2207 Sea Crest is a beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath oceanfront villa located on the second floor of the Sea Crest Resort. Light gray flooring flows throughout the villa, with the exception of the bedroom, which features brand-new carpet installed in 2026.

The bedroom, located to the right of the entrance, offers a king-size bed and a 42" TV. The private en-suite bath includes a large soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and double vanities. A convenient half bath is located just off the hallway for guests.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a glass-top stove, and a dishwasher. A washer and dryer are neatly tucked away behind pantry-style doors. Guests can enjoy casual meals or morning coffee at the counter with four bar stools, while the round glass dining table comfortably seats four.

The living room features a cream-colored queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and a 55" TV. After a day at the beach or pool, relax on the private balcony off the living room, furnished with a high-top table and two chairs—perfect for enjoying ocean breezes.

The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment.
