2203 Sea Crest is a recently redecorated oceanside 2nd floor villa offers 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths. The entryway into the kitchen is tiled and the rest of the villa has carpets. To the right of the entrance is the master bedroom with king bed, chair, TV and your own private fully renovated master bath, complete with granite double vanity, newly updated shower with over-sized shower-head and a tub for soaking in after a long, wonderful day at the beach and pool. In the hall is the ½ bath for guests to use. There is a washer and dryer behind the pantry style doors in the kitchen.

Your kitchen is fully stocked and equipped. There are 4 bar stools that can be used to sit at the counter to eat your breakfast or enjoy a meal on the glass dining room table that seats 4. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 2 chairs and a TV. From here you have access to a small balcony with 2 wicker chairs and a table to relax and enjoy the tranquility of being by the ocean.

The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment.

Family Spring Break

Excellent spring break location for my family. Steps to the beach, heated pool for those chilly days, plenty of dining options and excellent biking paths. Would highly recommend.
