11 Sea Oak is a beautiful 2nd row home located off South Forest Beach.
This home contains 5 bathrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 1 half baths. When entering this home, you are met with high ceilings and a cozy floor plan. To the left of the front door on the main level there is a bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with a shower. Located on the main floor off the living room is the half bathroom. You can also find the master bedroom further this room is very spacious and contains large windows along with a full bathroom. On the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen and family dining room that seats six. Then after dinner settle down in the warm living room which contains a large flat screen TV.
On the upper level, there are another three bedrooms. The first of which contains a king bed, large seating area with TV, and full bathroom with stand alone tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, full bathroom, and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, two twin beds, and large closets.
Just outside is also a gas grill located on the pool deck in the private backyard. When coming back from the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower leading the the backyard! The pool/backyard is perfect oasis, shaded by palmetto trees and oaks and the pool deck has plenty of seating!
This home is second row, just across from the beach! You will only be steps away from the beach. Come enjoy Hilton Head Island with the whole family or a few friends at 11 Sea Oak Lane!

Beautiful Home
This house is amazing!! Very well appointed, very large with plenty of room , great pool, ocean view, quick walk to beach. Lots of steps ( multi level home) but there were 2 baby gates available. The littles absolutely loved the loft ( secret hiding place) room. Great appliances, cookware and plenty of dishes. Great water pressure in all the bathrooms. Awesome place. Highly recommend!

What we needed for our family vacation
The house provides amazing proximity to the beach, and is just far away enough for Coligny so that it's quiet. We had more than enough space for everyone to relax and unwind for the week, even when we were all together we weren't cramped. Overall, the property provided us with everything we needed for great memories around the pool and at the beach, and definitely has us wanting to put another trip on the books for next year.
