10 East Wind, a premier vacation rental in Palmetto Dunes Plantation, is a beautiful home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This 4-bedroom, 5 full baths and 2 half bath home has all the amenities you could dream of. This home has beautiful landscaping, luxury furnishings and is elegantly decorated.

The grand entrance has high ceilings, tiled floors, and gorgeous ocean views. The 1st floor consists of a beautiful granite bar area that has a mini fridge and four stools. This opens out to the perfect outdoor living space and is adjacent to the new pool and spa, which makes it perfect for entertaining. Outside under the covered deck you have ceiling fans to keep you cool as you enjoy outdoor dining at the round table for four. There are also two love seats with a table and a Char-Broil Performance grill. Step down a few stairs to the refreshing pool and spa with waterfall feature. By the pool there are five chairs, five lounge chairs and an outdoor shower by the beach pathway to wash the sand off your feet.

Back inside on the first level is a Den/office living area with wood floors and area rugs. It has a 60" TV, a blue queen sleeper sofa, two chairs with ottomans, one accent chair, a large wooden desk, and doors that open to the pool patio. The private bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in shower. There are also 3 bedrooms located on this level. To the left of the main entrance there is a ½ bathroom. Down the hall to the right is a carpeted bedroom featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, two armchairs with ottomans, and a mounted 32” TV. This bedroom enjoys beautiful ocean views. The private bathroom has double granite vanities and a walk-in shower. The next bedroom is also carpeted and has a king bed, two armchairs with ottomans, a mounted 32” TV and beautiful ocean views. The private bathroom has double granite vanities and a walk-in shower. At the end of the hall is the laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer, sink, and lots of counter space to fold your clothes. On the opposite side of the hall is the final bedroom on this level. It is carpeted, has two twin beds, two bench seats, a rocking chair, and a 32” TV. The private bathroom has a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo.

The 2nd level is an open floor plan with high ceilings and exposed beams featuring Spectacular Ocean Front Views from most of the rooms. At the top of the stairs in the loft area there are two chairs and a round table. To the right is the master bedroom featuring a king bed, two armchairs with ottomans, a small desk, and a mounted 43” TV. This room has gorgeous ocean views and access to the travertine patio. The private bathroom has double granite vanities, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a vanity table with chair. To the left of the stairs is a ½ bathroom.

Guests can prepare Gourmet Meals in this “Chefs Dream” Kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers, a six burner Viking stove, large KitchenAid refrigerator, double ovens, and spacious walk-in pantry. The large dining room table seats ten and this area has a wet bar with a mini fridge. There is additional seating for five at the large kitchen island.

The Great Room is adjacent to the Kitchen and Dining Area and provides a 60" SMART TV and plenty of seating for the entire group. There are two green sofas, two chairs with ottomans, and two swivel chairs. All of this opens out to another outdoor living space with panoramic Atlantic Ocean Views. Outside there is a large glass topped wicker table that seats eight, a wicker love seat and two wicker chairs.

The pool and spa and the deck space are a great place to sunbathe and relax while taking in the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views. All the decks provide plenty of seating and dining and the home is equipped with a gas grill. Follow the private custom boardwalk down to the beautiful wide beach and enjoy your day watching the waves come in and out.
