The staff and room were fabulous. We were greeted by Nancy and she was so sweet and delightful. The facility and amenities were more than we expected. We were offered a bottle of water or a glass of champagne and then given a tour before being taken to our room. She asked what brought us to them and we said we were celebrating my husbands birthday and our anniversary. The Inn & Club is a top notch hotel with an excellent staff, beautiful furniture, classy styling and very nice amenities. Our room was gorgeous and had a beautiful view of the first hole and 18th green. The grounds were meticulous. We really enjoyed having access to the tennis courts, hot tub and pool. We also used the provided bicycles to ride on the beach and explore all the pathways through the Sea Pines area.

Like a small Ritz-Carlton, but better managed with an almost Asian level of service, which in my experience of luxury hotels worldwide over the last 40 years qualifies this property to be not just a 4 star, but closer to a 5 star, and certainly the best hotel on Hiltonhead Island (all the Marriott properties on HH are pretty mediocre, which is unfortunate for me, given I'm a loyal Bonvoy member). Staff is very well trained as used to be the case at Ritz-Carltons, but no generally longer, given I suppose how challenging it is to find qualified people. Polite and attentive service, good food, excellent housekeeping and beautiful super clean rooms and public areas, what else can you ask for?

Luxury meets friendly southern charm

Best hotel experience we have ever encountered. From a reception with champagne upon arrival and gourmet chocolates to friendly staff at the ready to provide shuttle service or concierge service, the staff and service are world-class. The grounds and hotel are beautiful. The cleaning staff offered nightly turn down service and fresh towels were always available. The amenities are luxurious and plentiful. We enjoyed the daily continental breakfast with coffee and tea bar, the games available in the lobby, complimentary shuttle service and bicycles. The beach set up was very convenient, though across the island. The bartender was so sweet to our family and went above and beyond to take care of everyone. Our best dining experience was at the golf club next door. We loved everything about our stay and hope to return.

Had a lovely stay! Excellent service all around! The hotel shuttle is quick and easy. They took us to dinner in sea pines and to the beach. Loved the service at the beach with nice chairs and umbrellas, bottles of water and waiter/waitress service.
