As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Our villa is located in Seaside, an oceanfront complex about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. located but not overcrowded. Walking distance to many Restaurants, Shops, entertainment and grocery stores. Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. We provide 2 beach bikes for your use.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

From start to finish, this trip was perfect. It was just me and my girlfriend, and thats important. Its not a large condo. We stayed in a 1 bedroom with sleeper sofa. Super cute! The room was well appointed. Everything had been considered. The location is very close to the beach. Kendall is great with communication. I dont think I would change a thing. We'll likely go back to the same place next time we go. I love HHI!

The Perfect Place! 5 stars!

This condo was just as described….stunning. The owners have put a lot of work into making it a beautiful beach home. It ranked superior in cleanliness. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking, coffee, etc. The view of the beach was amazing. It’s a quiet property that is still within walking distance of Coligny Park. The bikes were a bonus, too. I would definitely return to this property. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were great with communication. A, 5 stars all the way!

Great Fall Break Getaway

This condo was perfect for us to get away to the beach for a few days! It isnt a far walk to the beach and certainly close enough to ealk to restaurants. Free bike rentals was an added bonus! Definitely would recommend!!!

Loved this place!!

Everything was exactly as pictured. You can see the ocean from the porch unlike many of the other units. Parking was super easy and it wasn’t hard to get a covered spot which was nice in the rain. Enjoyed having a full size coffee pot in addition to a keurig. Bathroom is modern and up to date. Smart tv in the living room. Communication is excellent. Outdoor showers are by the bikes - I missed that at first. Such a great stay!!

Relaxing and Fun

Booked because it was my wife's birthday. She wanted to go to a beach area and see the water from our balcony. We enjoyed our 5 nights; the condo was well equipped and very clean; everything you will need while on vacation and more. I contacted the host for a code for the bikes and another time and received a very quick response. Of course, Hilton Head is a very nice location (food, sights...), we were equally pleased with our accommodations.
