Barefoot Bungalow! Ocean View Couple’s Retreat

This 2nd back from ocean front studio was completely renovated with all new modern furniture and decor, designer lighting and new flooring throughout. Other amenities include a 50” smart TV in the living room, a king size Serta bed, purchased 1/25, with high-quality linens, and a full kitchenette. New sleeper sofa.
Our balcony boasts an outstanding view of the ocean which is only steps from your door. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The villa is located in Seaside, an ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head main beach. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza which has several restaurants, shops and entertainment. We are walking distance to Tiki Hut and there are bike rentals across the street if you would like to explore more of the island.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Kendall was wonderful- every answer was exact. Good space, great location. Only problem for me was the mirror in the bathroom was for tall people…actually we are 5’2” and couldn’t see in the bathroom mirror. Thinking they were installed by someone of a normal height! There was a full length mirror in the hall which was too short…..my only query…not a problem, just a question. Comfortable bed and sofa. Would certainly stay here again.

The hosts of this condo are simply amazing. Very helpful with check in/out directions, very responsive to my messages, like it’s their only rental. The condo itself is quite small and oddly shaped but fit what we needed, nicely updated. Great view from the balcony. Access to it was not very easy. Needed the elevator with our stroller which was far away and you had doorways to get through down a long hallway to get there. Ended up carrying stroller up the stairs. Not a big deal but it wasn’t easy, condo was on first floor. Beach access was great, close and easy access. Beach showers accessible. Pool looked small but nice but didn’t use it because it was in the 50s out. Would definitely stay with these hosts again. Highly recommend!

The condo was close to the beach and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the beach access was closed when we visited but the hosts informed us about the beach closure (to replenish the beach) in advance and told us alternative ways to access the beach. They also would have allowed us to alter our plans. We shortened our stay just one day and appreciated the location near shopping and dining.

I had an amazing stay and these hosts are equally amazing. They notified me to let me know I could arrive early, they had the cutest and best cookies on the table upon my arrival, and even checked in with me during my stay. I travel to HHI frequently and will definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay! We were welcomed with delicious treats to kick off our work/vacation which was a nice surprise :) Great location, comfy bed, and had all of the essentials for a nice relaxing stay! We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. Kendall was great and very responsive. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed being that close to Coligny plaza and eating at the Frosty frog. We will definitely be back again.

Easy beach access, property has nice beach rinse stations and a pool that was empty most of the time. No complaints about the room itself. However... the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. It seemed to be one thing after the other. First, we see many hairs on the bed then the staining on the quilt and pillows... not ideal. Then the bathroom which looks like the shower corners never get scrubbed.
