Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The bedrooms were comfy, the kitchen was perfect, and the roof balcony was stunning. We loved cooking outside every day on the grill and spending the evenings in the hot tub. The owner came and checked in on us as well! Absolutely recommend staying here if you are going to Zion- the drive was a little less than an hour. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely adored this cabin. The wood work was gorgeous and the cabin was so perfect! We used the hot tub every evening and the views were amazing. We also enjoyed the bottle of wine, cheese and eggs left for us by the owner. He also came by to check on us which we appreciated. We will definitely recommend to anyone we know coming to Zion.

We had a great time at Zion Edge. The property was immaculate and modern. We spent several hours in the rooftop hot tub. The mountains are all around. The views are surreal. The owner couldn’t have been nicer. My wife and our kids definitely enjoyed this escape, which put us about an hour from Zion National Park. Highly recommend.

Our host was very welcoming. They were very quick to respond to messages and they made sure that we had everything we needed once we arrived. In fact, when we ran eell past our scheduled arrival time, due to flight delays, they reached out to us to make sure everything was okay. They greeted us when we arrived, which might not be for everyone, but it made us feel welcome. The accommodations were outstanding! A spacious and well apointed kitchen. A comfy main room with a well stocked wood stove. Two nice queen bedrooms with their own mini-splits for a/c heating. The entire place was clean and in excellent repair.Oh, did I forget to mention the outdoor spaces? Even though it was January, we enjoyed the sunset views of the mountains while we relaxed in the hot tub on the second-story patio. Which also had a couple of loungers and a patio set. There was also a main-level patio space (that we didn't use due to the season) with a fire pit, propane space heater, ample furniture, and a privacy fence. I didn't see an outdoor grill, but I might have missed it. Both levels also sported a large television and speakers.Very minor negatives are that it is a bit farther from both Zion and Bryce than we would have liked (but there is excellent hiking nearby). And there aren't many good choices for eating out in the general area.We would definitely stay here again. Especially for an extended stay or with more than just the two of us (we didn't utilize the space to its fullest).

The place was beautiful & spotless. The host left us wine, chocolate, & flowers for our anniversary. He also left local eggs, milk, & cheese in the refrigerator. We had plenty of room & the hot tub was amazing. The place felt very private even though there were some houses around. The location was perfect for visiting Zion, Grand Canyon, & Bryce. I would stay again if I were in the area.

This place was amazing. Seeing the stars from the hot tub at night and being able to watch the sunrise from the rooftop deck felt surreal. The house itself was fantastic too, super comfortable, with all the amenities I could want and more. Supporting the local dairy farm was just the cherry on top. We were on our way to Zion and when we plan a trip back to Zion, we'll definitely look up the Zion Edge Retreat again.

Zion Relaxation

It was a perfect stay for our family of four. The kitchen was wonderful & the kitchen was very well stocked. We were able to eat breakfast there, pack lunches for our hikes, & cook on the grill at night. The hot tub was a great way to end the day. The washer & dryer came in handy and it was nice to leave with clean clothes. It was enjoyable to see the horses, hear the roosters, & the view was magnificent! WiFi was great and the kids enjoyed watching movies at night to relax. Checkin and checkout was very easy & the owner was very responsive & answered our questions promptly. We highly recommend this rental.

Overall staying there was incredible. The host is extremely helpful, responsive, and stocks the fridge with essentials before your stay. The area around the house is awesome especially from the roof. It’s kind of a drive from Zion (about an hour) but my group found it worth it considering how great the house was. If you need anything the host lives nearby on the property. Even though there are a few houses around it’s well spaced and feels private with a tall fence, private driveway, and a double sided privacy wall on the roof. All the appliances are new and the single bathroom isn’t a problem with a double sink and large bathtub. Next time we are in Zion we will be staying here again.

Such a wonderful home. The attention to detail of the home was incredible. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. He greeted us when we came in and again thanked us for staying at the end of our week there. The views from the rooftop were gorgeous for star gazing and the hot tub was just what we needed after hiking the parks. It was the cleanest hot tub I’ve ever been in. If you’re looking for a remote place to stay to unwind, it was a great location. We made day trips to Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce Canyon. Coral Pink Sand Dunes was a beautiful state park only about 30 minutes away too. I would absolutely recommend this home to friends and family.

Family trip to Zion/Bryce Canyon

This is a beautiful property, located in Hildale/Colorado City, UT. These are small towns that are not traditionally built around tourism. We were visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks, and I had found this location as a good place to stop in between those locations when traveling down from SLC and Moab. Heading North to South, was about a 2 hour drive from Bryce Canyon. Heading to the South Entrance of Zion, this property is a 52-56 minute drive. You take roads through Hurricane, Mt. Verkin, and Springdale on way to Zion from this location. This is a wonderful property. The owner clearly cares about how it is presented to guests. Clean, well stocked with items that are useful for cooking/grilling. The owner also left a very kind gift for us - a nice bottle of wine, as well as eggs/dairy from a local farm. All were delicious. The town around this property is small, and there are a handful of places to eat. If you want quiet, this is a good spot for you. There is a great grocery store in town for stocking food/dry goods. The view of the mountains is spectacular, and the roof top deck was perfect for stargazing. We had aspirations of using the hot tub, but we were here in June, and it was refreshing to enjoy the cool breezes on the deck at the end of a hot day of exploring. There is a ton of value, and we could not have stayed anywhere else with these amenities for this price. I am very grateful to have been able to spend time here with my family.
