The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before you leave: Please wash and put away all dishes and food. Please leave no food out! Turn the thermostats down to 55 in the cottage house in the winter months.
Please make sure the cottage and towels are returned. Make sure the door is locked by lifting the handle and turning the key. Place the key back to the lock box and leave it where you found it.
Remove garbage and recycling. Deposit in the proper receptacles in the storage shed. The black bin is for landfill/white bag garbage. Please pile the sheets and towels.

Great little cottage

This was a lovely little cottage on a shared property in a remote wooded area. The amenities (pool, fireplace, and trampoline) were great hits with my kids and the setting in the woods was stunning. The hosts were exceedingly gracious and kind. That said just note that the property is shared so you are utilizing the grounds of the host.
