I was warmly greeted with a lovely smile by Lily. She was informative and clear with instructions. I saw Lily more than just at my check in and she was always the same, sweet and warm. Jariah - was funny and warm also. My room was clean-ish, here is a list of what needs to be updated and maintained Bins needs cleaning, Toilet brush was not clean, Very dusty behind the toilet, Dusty behind the furniture, Dusty skirting boards, Loose door handle, Need more handing space and hangers for clothes, Cracks in some of the ceiling, spiderwebs and a little mold. The duvet had stains on it after I stripped the bed for the sheets to be washed. I would stay again but i would definitely need these things to be changed for my rating to go up.

Comfortable, clean and Warm a nice B&B

Perfect location, gentle walk into town, lots of restaurants to eat at within minutes. Room big enough and certainly warm, clean and presentable. The shower was amazingly powerful, and hot water didn't take an age to come through. Nice car park round the back, with on street if that was full. For what we required is fitted the bill exactly.

Property looked tired and in need of some refurbishment and a lick of paint. Room was clean and decent for the amount however the window was broken. Thin walls such that one could hear other guests in the corridor and nearby rooms. The whole hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the moment.you walk in all the way up to the rooms...this was really off putting. Management should consider a dedicated smoking area. Overall, not bad for the amount paid and for a night's stay. Basic breakfast provided and access to a microwave available.

Cheap stay, good location for us, with parking. Showers hot. Bed was double pushed up against the wall. If you have limited mobility this might be difficult. Shower over bath. Cean bedding and towels. No bathmat. Everywhere clean, just tired. Breakfast limited, just bacon, bread, yoghurt, fruit. Space to sit at breakfast- limited.

Terrible place to stay.

Booked 2 rooms for 1 night. No lock in one of the rooms requested another. Dirty and stinking carpets. The whole corridor stinked of cigarette smoke. Terrible bed and pillows. Did not sleep at all. The pics shown are dosnt evn come close to the actual state. The sas part is I booked seeing the images put upon hotels.com which are not even close to reality

I’ll stadium any time but this time it’s different there is no breakfast stuff put out not even coffee no orange juice no toast just bacon and cobs normally when I stay I have a nice for breakfast but there was cereal bowls there was no cereal wasn’t very pleased

Car parking offered but not available due to car park being full. Alternative to park on road, not so good as location on steep hill and nothing avaiable outside. Very basic accommodation, shower screen would not close. Provided were ith one hand towel and one bath towel. Breakfast, ok, bacon roll. Overall very basic facilities and obviously in decline. Would not recommend.
