I was on the10th floor and the trains were running all night blowing horns as they passed through Modesto. Nowhere did I read this or told at the front desk that I would need ear plugs!!! You will definitely need them if you want a nights rest. I am so disappointed that I could have chosen anywhere!!!!

I traveled to Modesto for work. After dealing with my delayed flight due to the government shut down, I checked in and went into my room just to see it was disgusting. There were towels that had stains on them from either not being properly washed or they were not changed at all. There shower toiletries in the shower left from the previous guest which makes me think the shower was not even cleaned. Lastly the pillows were stained so I threw them on the floor and didnt touch them again. I was so tired from my day of traveling and drained so I just went to bed. I complained about it the next morning and the lady at the front desk apologized and said it would be addressed and my room would be in order when I returned from my day. Well it was not. Nothing was changed. DONT stay here unless you like to deal with liars. - Thank you
