Pools and swimming were great. Fun dancing in the evening and funny musical double act who obviously hated each other. Staff were not overly helpful. A lot of eye rolling. Complimentary drinks at a bar that wasn’t open during our stay. No kettle in the room! Buffet lots of options but not great quality. Wouldn’t let us check in a minute early.

Wir haben direkt unser Zimmer gewechselt, weil es äußerst unsauber und sehr in die Jahre gekommen war. Das Personal hat sehr schnell reagiert, wir haben in der renovierten Haushälfte ein ordentliches Zimmer beziehen können. Die Anlage ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück und Abendbrot war aber hervorragend, super Auswahl und geschmackvoll.

Essen war etwas eintönig und wiederholte sich ständig, Resteverwertung inklusive. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, sie konnten einem wg. mäkliger Gäste (nicht wegen Essen sondern Service) manchmal leid tun. Wir haben Trinkgeld gegeben. Etwas hinterhältig war eine überraschende "Service-Gebühr" für die Getränke (Kaffee, Wein, Bier, Wasser), die bei der Endabrechnung erhoben wurde - das wußten wir vorher nicht. Das Parkmanagement war suboptimal, weil das System des Hotels nie unser Nummernschild erkannte. Vielleicht liegt das an dem Ö in Plön ... ? Insgesamt gefällt uns der Überwachungsstaat in Ungarn nicht, auch nicht die E-Schlüssel-Verwendungskontrolle bei jedem Schritt im Hotel.

숙소 시설, 음식, 서비스는 모두 만족했습니다. 다만, 체크아웃하며 City Tax도 지불하고 다 마무리되었다고 해서 주차장으로 가려는데, 리셉션 여직원이 도망가는 손님 잡듯이 나와서는 방값을 지불하지 않았다고, 언제 지불할지 물었습니다. 방값이 이미 카드로 다 지불되었음을 핸드폰 어플리케이션을 통해 보여주었는데 계속 아니라더니, 본인 컴퓨터에서 시스템을 두드리고 좀 확인해보고서는 됐으니 사과 한마디도 없이 가도 된다고 말해서 너무 황당했습니다. 확인하는 과정에서 오해가있었다는 사과 한마디만 들었어도, 사람이 하는 일이니 다 실수가 있을거라 생각되어 이런 불쾌함은 없었을것입니다. 제가 확인하고 보여줬는데도 계속 아니라고 하더니, 많이 당황스러웠습니다.
