Amazing Group Holiday

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at Villa Bella Elena! The place has everything you could ask for. Dimitris was especially attentive to our needs and answered any questions we had, gave us recommendations for activities to do. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. Paradise

Probably my favorite place I have stayed at with my travel adventures. Dimitris and his wife hosted us and we’re available for any needs. The view was completely stunning. The pool area was absolutely perfect. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my visit to Crete. Will definitely stay again when we return!

Amazing Family Holiday

We stayed at Villa Bella Elena for a week. Pre-arrival communication was excellent and this continued throughout our stay if we needed to know anything. The Villa was perfect for us, a family of six adults and four children. The pools, outside kitchen and outside area all are very well maintained are clean and create a relaxing ambiance. Inside there was plenty of space for all, comfortable beds, clean and modern bathrooms, the kitchen area is very well equipped. Satellite TV when needed, mainly to calm the children down before bedtime! The Villa is in a fairly rural location and a car is needed. There are good views of the sea and a small island from the Villa. The Local town Kokkini Hani is a five to six minute drive from the Villa, which has a good supermarket, take 2 euros for a trolley! Plenty of bars and restaurants etc in Kokkini Hani, some trendy and some more traditional Crete style. All served very good food and drinks. Staff were constantly helpful and friendly. The beach at Gournes was sandy and there are cafes and restaurants along the sea front. The golf course is about 20 minutes from the Villa, was very well maintained and in good condition. The clubhouse was very welcoming too. We recommend Villa Bella Elena, you will not regret it!

We had such an amazing holiday, the villa was everything we wanted and more, so spacious and clean, well thought out and perfect for our group. On arrival we were greeted and shown around the property, our host was very local and easy to contact at all times. Thanks for a great stay :)

Exactly what it says, fantastic villa

We had a wonderful week in this villa. Pictures are accurate, villa was clean and well presented. Location is nice but you will need car/taxi to get to shops, beach etc. Would definately stay again and didn't want to leave.

17.08.19 two families staying for two weeks. Fantastic time

The Villa is amazing and even better than the pictures suggest. It was perfect for two families due to the symmetry of the building. Everything is finished to a high standard and the kitchen is very well equipped. We were a party of 8 and so everyone had their own space and privacy, which was fantastic. The pool is a great size and together with the small pool perfect for children. Aurelia gave us a great welcome and then kept in touch with us for our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and also to suggest places we could visit. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend the villa to anyone thinking of staying.

WONDERFUL

Just retuned from a fabulous stay at Villa Bella Elena a stunning luxury property beautifully maintained both inside and out. Aurelia showed us round on arrival and kindly organised for a takeaway and beers to be delivered as we had arrived quite late, very attentive throughout our stay and nothing was to much trouble for her. The villa is located in a very peaceful rural area and has stunning views. The photos really are a true representation of what to expect. The beds really comfortable, bathrooms modern and kitchen extremely well equipped. The pool and infant pool were crystal clear and the standard of cleanliness was impressive. It’s a little too far to walk into town but only a five minute drive into the resort centre where there are a good selection of supermarkets and shops and some lovely beaches close by. We did eat in quite a few nights making good use of the outside barbecue, bar and dining area.This place is perfect if you are looking for a villa in a peaceful location and excellent for large families. We certainly hope to return in the future.

Beautiful villa and great staff

We have had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The villa was stunning and true to the pictures online and Very comfortable to stay in. Aurelia that greeted and checked us in and out was helpful and very friendly and the villa was spotless. A great holiday in a lovely villa. Spectacular Villa and pool, friendly and helpful staff, (car essential)

Wow what a stunning Villa! We arrived very late eve due to a flight delay but we're still met near the Villa and shown around. First and lasting impressions are fantastic, it's a stunning property, the pool, garden and bar/barbie area outside are really well kept and lovely. Inside the two lower bedrooms are massive and luxurious with doors leading straight out to the garden and pool. The next floor up is the living area and kitchen again these are fantastic with a covered outside area to sit as well. The upper floor bedrooms are smaller but well equiped. Its a quirky design almost as though it was two mirror image sides joined together, there are several small stairs to the various levels (without handrails) and there's plenty of space and various shower rooms and it's well equipped. The view out to sea is fantastic, it is located about 2 miles from the sea on a hill which appears to be an expanding residential area (currently with lots of empty plots). Because of this transport is a must to get shopping etc so car hire would be recommended although Taxis might be an alternative if you don't wish to drive! We had 7 in our family group and everyone loved it, the pool is lovely! The cleaning team called midweek to sort the Villa and pool and we're great, nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday, it is a great base to explore and also has everything you need if you wish to just chill and stay at the Villa. Enjoy!

We were lucky enough to stay here for a week in August, it indeed was a luxury villa and the owners had thought of everything. The kitchen was full of local delights as well as herbs, spices and oils. The outside BBQ area was a hit and many an evening was spent with a glass of bubbly waiting for dinner to be cooked. The bedroom suites were great, very comfy beds and everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi baths! We were 2 families with 5 children, the villa and outside area was so big nobody was on top of each other. An added bonus was sky tv so we didn't miss out on the Olympic spirit! The photos really are a true picture of what to expect. Nikos, who showed us around, looked after us throughout the week nothing was too much to him. He even accompanied us on a trip to the local Drs which he arranged staying with us until he was sure everything was ok. A car is essential and the villa us only 5 mins drive from the beach with a selection of restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend a visit and hope to return in the future.

Séjour de rêve. Dimitris n’est pas très loin et vous accueillera avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. La piscine est parfaite pour jouer, nager, une grande partie où l’on a pied, mais on peut également faire des longueurs. Elle est de plus parfaitement entretenue.Les literies sont parfaites, la cuisine est un peu petite pour 12 , le frigo et lave-vaisselle aussi, mais les ustensiles à disposition sont bien pensés.Nous avons été accueilli avec une bonne bouteille de vin, et la maman du propriétaire nous a même apporté des spécialités !Les critiques positives sont bien acceptées, et Dimitris est vraiment disponible en cas de problème.Aucune hésitation dans le choix de cette maison (attention, il faut vraiment une voiture pour descendre à la plage, car c’est pentu !!) les plages à 10 minutes de voiture en allant vers heraklion sont propres, sable fin, pas très fréquentées, bref c’est parfait pour le séjour entre amis que nous avons vécu.Encore merci à Dimitris qui est beaucoup pour la réussite du séjour.

Sehr schönes Haus für größere Gruppen mit einer ruhigen Lage und super Ausblick. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Sehr höfliche und zuvorkommende Kontaktperson (Dimitris) die bei jeglichen Fragen oder Problemen sofort da war und geholfen hat.

très jolie villa avec un accueil excellent !

Une jolie villa (pour 12 personnes, 13 c'est trop!) avec une piscine très agréable et chauffée. L'accueil de Dimitri est excellent il est à notre écoute et fait tout pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. On regrette la cuisine et la table du séjour trop petits pour 12 personnes.

Schöne Villa mit Meerblick

Wir sind als Gruppe mit zwölf Personen angereist und haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Draußen haben wir viel den großen Pool, die Sitzecke oder die Minibar benutzt. Auch die Ausstattung innen ist sehr schön. Es wurde sich regelmäßig um uns gekümmert und wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner zur Seite stehen.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen und die Nähe zum Strand sowie Heraklion waren genial. Leider war einer der Whirlpools kaputt sodass das Wasser auslief. Das Problem wurde weiter geleitet und zur Kenntnis genommen. Die Küche im Außenbereich (mit Grill) haben wir fast jeden Tag genutzt. Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Wir genossen mit insgesamt 8 Personen eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa. Von der Abholung am Flughafen und der Einweisung in der Villa durch Andreas sowie der tollen Ausflugstipps und Betreuung durch Aurelia hatten wir eine tolle Woche. Wir empfehlen für die Mobilität unbedingt ein Auto zu mieten.
