Staff were very friendly and attentive in particular the bar staff in both the evening at morning. All went above and beyond to make sure everyone was served and having a great time. Abdul asahe and gobi were excellent in the dinning area and were ao warm and welcoming.

Sensation mitigĆ©e. J'avais rĆ©servĆ©e une chambre avec Jacuzzi sur la terrasse hors Ć  aucun moment il n'Ć©tait mentionnĆ© l'absence totale d'intimitĆ© car cette terrasse est situĆ© Ć  1 m et au mĆŖme niveau qu'une allĆ©e de l'hĆ“tel . Il n'y a mĆŖme pas de barriĆØre pour sĆ©parer. NĆ©anmoins j'ai Ć©tĆ© changĆ©e de chambre suite Ć  cette rĆ©clamation, et surclassee.mais la nouvelle chambre n'Ć©tait pas prĆŖte et sentait le renfermĆ©. Dommage. Petit bĆ©mol nĆ©anmoins pour la formule all inclusive qui nā€™offre que trĆØs peu de choix sur le "snacking " en journĆ©e. La situation gĆ©ographique de lā€™hĆ“tel situĆ© Ć  seulement 20 minutes de lā€™aĆ©roport, nā€™est malheureusement pas idĆ©ale car trĆØs enclavĆ©e. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Privatpool, waren aber auch an dem wunderschƶnen groƟen Pool mit den kostenfreien Cabanas. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, man hat immer was gefunden. Abends kann man an der Poolbar chillen oder durch die quirlige FuƟgƤngerzone/Strandpromenade laufen. Lediglich die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren etwas reserviert. Wir haben beim Betreten des Hotels oder auch wƤhrend des Tages immer gegrĆ¼ĆŸt und es hat nie jemand zurĆ¼ckgegrĆ¼ĆŸt. Das gehƶrt zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel dazu. AuƟerdem bieten andere Hotels dieser Kategorie jeden Tag mind. eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Wir hatten fĆ¼r 3 Personen eine und das auch nur am ersten Tag. Der bereitgestellte Raki am ersten Abend wurde direkt am nƤchsten Tag wieder abgerƤumt, obwohl wir noch nicht mal davon probiert hatten. Das haben wir nicht verstanden. Aber ansonsten wĆ¼rden wir jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

The staff was really kind,friendly and helpful. The area is also really quiet and calm. Also the massage and the spa treatment was awesome. I really recommend this place!
