Clean room, it was in a great location with lots of food options within walking distance. Traffic was bad so I ended up checking in late late night and someone was at the front desk. I have had times I needed to check in really late and I’ll sit forever waiting for someone to come to the front desk. Smelled clean and the bathroom was clean. Will definitely stay here whenever I come to visit Hershey World.

Good location close the Hershey. Front desk ladies were lovely with a great recommendation for dinner, however that was the highlight of our stay. The shower faucet leaked, the fan made a terrible noise, and you can hear everything in the hotel because the walls/doors are so thin. We had to listen to an alarm go off for 17 minutes starting at 6 am before the person down the hall turned it off. If you are a sound sleeper just looking for a place to sleep for the night, this is for you.

Room was clean. Standard. Breakfast was nice, fresh waffles were a hit with the kids. Parking was good and under cover which was nice to avoid snow. The pool was the only thing that was not great. Too many people. Kids in the hot tub. A child peed on the floor and no one is there to clean or sanitize.
