La casa no estaba todo lo limpia que debería estar. La insonorización de la habitación no era la correcta. El personal no era profesional.

Las habitaciones que dan a la carretera son ruidosas, y tampoco están insonorizadas entre sí. Los servicios no son especialmente buenos (cafetería, restaurante, limpieza…). Es la única oferta de este tipo que hay por la zona y se aprovechan de ello. En definitiva, mala relación calidad-precio.

La colcha de la cama era de tamaño más pequeño que el colchón. Se oye todo entre habitación y habitación y ruido cañerías. No descansamos muy bien y no tiene servicios ni wifi en habitación

Hotel bonito pero no se podía dormir colchón hundido y la bañera hidromasaje no funcionaba, precio caro de hotel bueno y sin embargo no ofrecía ni lo mínimo admisible para pasar una noche; no tenía personal un chico hacía de todo las 24 horas, lo mismo cocinaba que arreglaba cosas. La cocina lo mismo, carísima cuando no saben cocinar ni tienen producto. En fin muy buen aspecto y cobran por ello cuando no ofrecen ni lo basico

Al llegar tuvimos que exigir limpieza, telarañas y arañas en el baño, muchas, muchas, sin limpiar desde hace semanas o meses, jamás había visto algo así en un hotel. Tuvieron que limpiar mientras nos fuimos a cenar porque dijimos que nos marcharíamos si no lo hacían, después, ni una palabra por parte de los dueños. El desayuno mediocre, por decir algo. No volveremos nunca.

El hitel está bien decorado y tiene aparcamiento. Todo lo demás es terrible. Habitaciones sucias, el baño sin limpisr durante dos días ( incluida el dia de llegada), Habitaciones xon un olor terrible, comida cara y mala, los trabajadores no tienen ni idea. Debido al problema de limpieza decidimos abandonar el hotel y poner un reclamación, pero sorpresa, ni tienen hojas oficiales de reclamación y se niegan a devolver el dinero. Espero que corrijan todos esos fallos y no engañen a más gente con esos precios tan caros y esa poca competencia en su trabajo
