Where to start. The whole place is in disrepair. Just a sheet on the bed. No cups. Smells funky. If I was staying more than 1 night I would have went elsewhere.

The receptionist had a terrible attitude, she also had me waiting in the front lobby for 30 minutes. When I asked what took her so long she rolled her eyes and said she was busy. I then get into my room and there’s no rags and poop on the toilet.

The original room i got was not ready and was told no more rooms left. I had called 6 hours ahead to make arrangements for late check in as i have been driving all day from canada. No comforter at all just some flat sheets on the bed. Stains on the sheets and the bathroom was filthy. The toilet was not cleaned or wiped down. The room smelled like smoke even though it said no smoke room. The hallway was filthy full of garbage and dust like it was never been vacuum before.

Stood at the front desk during normal business hours and waited over 20 mins for someone to come check me in. Some areas smelled like weed really bad. I got a room with a king bed and a hot tub when I first checked in they put me in a room with two double beds and no hot tub. Called down they gave me an excuse So I asked for a refund for at least part of my room and they said the room I'm in costs the same amount. After talking to them for a little bit they said they would try to find a room that would work that had a hot tub. A half hour later they came and gave me a cart for a different room.

Mud caked on the stairs, first room assignment (immediately changed) reeked of weed (sp?) in the hallway Drag races in the parking lot on Friday night around 11; the room ventilator sucked in air of burning tire rubber. bathroom tub had been cracked with lines of heavy rust Found a big bug dead on the bathroom floor - can't say it was roach, but looked like one. I will think twice before considering a local hotel backed by Radisson.

There was trash bags stacked by the entrance nearest to my room. The room smelled like there had been a fire. And every time I came in or out of the building. There were several people sitting on the ground near the door smoking. The pictures online are not current or accurate.

Well to start my reservation was canceled by them before i got there had reservation for days but couldn't make the first night so they charged my card and canceled because of no show even though i was paying for 3 nights. Then when you get there the smell around the facility is of Marijuana around the door ways in the halls and its disgusting in the room the fridge was dirty just had sheets in the bed and no blankets floor was dirty and like the carpet throughout the whole facility was so dirty you didn't want to walk around barefoot or in socks elevator on one side didn't work and i was not the only one with complaints was in the area for a work function so talking to others there was a lot of things wrong with the facility

My room was absolutely disgusting it was full of fruit flies my door didn't even lock you could push it right open from the outside you didn't even need a key and they have no customer service it is so disgusting this place shouldn't even be on your website I would be embarrassed to be hosting a motel like this on your app that's how bad it is the heat didn't work in my room and we had a freeze warning I asked for towels 2 days they didn't bring me any there was no extra toilet paper in the room then when I asked somebody they told me to hold on I stood there for 20 minutes in the hallway waiting nobody I still had to go to the front desk my flight was delayed and from the beginning and I had already paid for a whole seven nights but because my flight was delayed I kept trying to call them from my home in Las Vegas for a whole day and nobody would answer the phone then the next morning at 5:30 in the morning as I'm going to the airport to get on the plane to come to Pennsylvania the guy finally answers and says oh well somebody was here all day yesterday I don't know why they didn't answer you must not have called yes I did call I told the lady at the front desk I will give you my call log so you can see because she didn't believe me I don't know when the customer stops being right and when people started thinking it was okay to argue with somebody like they're lying I understand that people in this world have taken advantage of many situations I could go on if you're in

The Park Inn is quiet and decent for a weekday crash (Monday–Thursday), though the place feels outdated. On weekends, it turns into a loud club-style disco, making it far from relaxing and definitely not kid-friendly.

The pool was freezing. No hot tub. Room was disgusting and dirty. Housekeeper entered our room without permission while my child was using the restroom. The clerk added a $30 deposit to my bill on top of what I paid online and it hasn't been refunded... We also caught her listening in outside of our room... Incredibly creepy! The hall was littered with dirty laundry when we arrived at 6pm... No soap or anything. A random nail by the toilet paper... And the tub, which we didn't use still had dirt in it from the last guests!

Dirty and unporfessional

There wasnt a receptionist or any employee in the building when we arrived around 11:30 pm. We were there for almost two hours calling their corporate office and then finally Hotels.com. They resolved our issue and had us a room and a refund quickly.
