Sehr schönes Appartement direkt am Strand. Hell durch die großen Fenster und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr viel Ablagefläche im Bad. Schwimmbad und Sauna sehr gut. Temperatur im Schwimmbad war nich zu kalt, sondern angenehm. Clevere Sauna und Dampfbadnutzung. Sehr sicheres Objekt. Kostenfreie Tiefgarage top, aber mit guten Fahrkünsten verbunden.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Für die Größe ein recht großzügiges Bad, mit viel Stauraum! Das Schlafsofa ist zwar ausklappbar, hat aber 2 Höhen…Daher nur als 90cm Bett zu gebrauchen. Wenn man einen Topper mitbringt, lässt es sich auch gut darauf schlafen. Unschlagbar der eingezogene Balkon, kurzer Weg zum Strand mit eigenem Strandkorb. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war echt gemütlich….super geschlafen. Top auch die Fliegengitter!!! Guter Tiefgaragenplatz, natürlich alles auch im Preis includiert. Man kann 24 Stunden in den Pool, auch der Saunabereich ist richtig schön gemacht….sogar mit einer tollen Dampfsauna. Nur die Gartensauna muss man vorher anmelden, aber das ist kein Problem. Und alles ohne lästiges Geld reinwerfen. Man sollte nur darauf achten nach Gebrauch alles auszuschalten. Sonst ist das ganze Gebäude aus dem Jahr 2005 gut gepflegt. Wir waren schon 5 Mal dort, in verschiedenen Wohnungen. Schade, dass wir fast 8 Stunden Autofahrt haben bis nach Usedom, sonst würden wir auch gerne öfters kommen.
