Comfortably furnished with very good amenities! 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower), spacious living room with modern open kitchen and a chic dining area, furnished terrace. The apartment has a parking space on the property. The beach promenade is about 300m away. The town center and the famous Ahlbeck pier takes place about 8-10 minutes walk away.The access by car via the Ferdinand-Egelinski Street.

By 1900, built villa in a seaside style in the heart of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The Villa Margarete is located in a quiet yet beach-front location in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The fine Baltic Sea beach is approximately 300m. Shops and restaurants are also easily reached within walking distance. All apartments feature a free parking space at the house. The Villa Margarete is slightly higher in the mountain road, which is a beautiful view from the results continue building. Apartments no. 5 to no. 8 are located in the newly constructed building, which was completed in spring 2017. Even train passengers reach Villa Margarete very convenient. Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung! 2 Schlafzimmer,2 Bäder,in den Wohnraum integrierte Küche und ganz viel Platz! Die Insel ist sehr schön, wir waren viel unterwegs. Der Baumwipfelpfad ist genial! Fazit: toller Urlaub!

Das Objekt bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Schicke moderne Wohnung, aber leider in einem sehr unsauberen Zustand. Dadurch lieber draußen als drinnen aufhalten.

low Standard Ferienwohnung

Gerade ausreichender Standard dieser Wohnung mit schlechter Küchenausstattung und unbequemem Sofa. In der gesamten Aufenthaltsdauer trat immer wieder ein durchdringender Geruch (Laminatkleber, Wandfarben,..?) auf, der unangenehm war und ständiges Lüften erforderte. Negativ bewertet werden muss auch die signifikant hohe Zusatzgebühr für WLAN -Zugang pro Tag und Gerät !!

Sehr schön, gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns während einem sonnigen Novemberwochenende in der FeWo Margarete sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügige und neue Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage (ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Strand) ist top, auch wenn man keinen direkten Meerblick genießen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr gepflegt .Auch Bad und die Küchenzeile war in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand.

Wir waren vom Geamteindruck sehr überrascht: alles neu (Ikea :)) ) sehr geschmackvoll ausgewählt (Kompliment an den/die Einkäufer/in). Zwei Schlafzimmer, eins davon mit TV, kleiner Abstellraum, 2 Bäder (eins mit Dusche und WC ohne Fenster, eins mit Badewanne und WC mit Fenster. Großer Wohnraum mit Couchecke und großem Flach-TV und Küchenzeile, ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Große Terasse mit Tisch und vier Stühlen (Polsterauflagen im Wohnzimmerhocker versteckt :)) ) Außensteckdose, Parkplatz Nr. 5 direkt vor der Terasse !, darum kommen wir nächstes Jahr mit unserem Plug-In wieder Weg zum Strand wirklich nur 300 m, allerdings ziemlich bergab (und später wieder bergauf ...) Nur vier Sterne weil: - WLAN nur gegen Gebühr: 1,50 € pro Tag UND Gerät !! - Klimaanlage in Dusche unverträglich laut

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt... Die Wohnung ist echt schick, vollständig ausgestattet, hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und eine gute Lage, super! Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwaltung war auch sehr angenehm. Dass das WLAN nicht inklusive ist, sollte im Angebotstext erwähnt werden...
