Built in 1928 small villa style baths located in the heart of Bansin and offers our guests 3 charming apartments and a small bungalow in the grounds of the house. The beautiful apartments offer holiday fun in a beautiful and unspoilt nature. Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings for long walks, bike trips and relaxing walks in the area and on the beach. The bungalow and the apartments in different sizes and price ranges are tasteful and functional. Complimentary parking and the initial bed linen and towels are happy to assist you. The 52 square meter basement apartment offers plenty of space for beautiful holidays with up to 4 people. The highlight of the apartment is the separate entrance, the sunny terrace and the wonderful view over the garden of Villa Exss. The friendly and brightly decorated living room invites with its kitchenette for cooking and a relaxing evening on the comfortable sofa in. The comfortable sofa bed in the lounge or in the bedroom can be used as extra bed for a 3rd and 4th person. In addition to the large wardrobe is available in a separate bedroom, a small desk. Here write your holiday greetings to your loved ones at home, plan your excursions on the sunny island or use the room as a retreat for quite comfortable to read a good book. The modern bathroom with a small window has a toilet, wash hand basin and a spacious walk-in shower. Enjoy your holiday for two, with friends or family in this cozy 2-room apartment. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).
