Our comfortable and well-furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the house island beach and features a bright and spacious living room with kitchenette and a separate bedroom with king-size bed, and a spacious terrace with garden. The living room couch can be pulled out and used as needed as a bed for up to two people. The bath is separately accessible from the hallway and thus from both rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, and new crockery and cutlery. An initial bed linen, towels and a parking space are included in the rental. For beach promenade is only 50 meters.

Das Haus liegt sehr nah an der Promenade und zum Strand. Es ist nicht weit zu den Bushaltestellen und zum Ortskern zum Einkaufen zu Fuß. In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, auch frische Geschirrtücher und Aufwaschlappen sowie Geschirrtabs und Spülmittel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Leider war die Ferienwohnung unsauber, die Küchenausstattung mangelhaft und generell sehr abgewohnt.Das Bad ist dringend renovierungsbedürfig und weißt viele Mängel auf.Lage der Ferienwohnung war dennoch top und die Umgebung war sehr familienfreundlich und bot viele abwechslungsreiche Angebote. Wir sparen das ganze Jahr für die paar Tage Urlaub, das war sehr enttäuschend.

Schönes Ferienobjekt, sehr gute Strandnähe und Ortslage, leichte Anfahrt, hervorragende Parkmöglichkeit. Zur Wohnung: funktional fast alles i. O., jedoch Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Küchenausstattung sollte sorgfältiger auf Sauberkeit und Funktionstüchtigkeit geprüft werden (Fettspritzer an Möbeln, an einem Kochtopfdeckel der Griff defekt, Bratraum des Miele-Herdes benötigt Grundreinigung, deshalb von uns nicht genutzt, in der Mikrowelle drehte sich der Teller nicht). Die Badausstattung sollte zumindest teilweise erneuert werden ( vor allem Scharniere der Glaswand, Stöpsel des Waschbeckens). Ungeachtet dessenI haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Gute Fewo mit kleiner Schwäche

Die Fewo ist gemütlich, die Zimmergröße ist für 2 - 3 Personen okay. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Aufgrund der Lage ist man sofort am Strand, und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Minuspunkt, der uns unseren Aufenthalt verleidet hat, sind die Matratzen: sie sind bereits sehr durchgelegen und verströmen an den Fußenden einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch; selbst mit offenen Fenstern "duftet" das Schlafzimmer sehr unangenehm. Die Matratzen müssten dringend erneuert werden!

Schöne Tage in Ahlbeck

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral aber dennoch recht ruhig, das haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas "in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Preis war entsprechend, sodass das nicht weiter ins Gewicht fiel. Einziger Nachteil war, dass man nicht wusste, wo man die Räder unterstellen kann, unsere Schlüssel passten nämlich nicht für die Tiefgarage, in dem es einen Fahrradabstellraum gibt.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Ich persönlich fand die die Abdunkelungsvorhänge im Schlafzimmer sehr angenehm, da ich es zum Schlafen lieber dunkel mag. Es war auch alles in der Küche vorhanden. Da wir nur 3 Nächte dort waren, haben wir die Küchengeräte gar nicht benutzt. Das kleine Gartenstück fand ich sehr angenehm, da so nicht jeder dort reinschauen konnte. Der schriftliche Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Herr Hoffmann, war sehr freundlich, schnell und entgegenkommend. Alles gut zu empfehlen!

Schöne Fewo in super Lage

Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist praktisch geschnitten - Schlafen rechts, Wohnen links, Bad und Flur in der Mitte. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. ein paar Gewürze; Staubsauger und Kinderhochstuhl sind auch da. Einzig offener Wunsch für's nächste Mal: ein Haken in der Küche, um ein Geschirrhandtuch aufzuhängen :) Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.
