The quiet holiday complex is located between Schloonsee and the Baltic Sea, approx. 600 m from the beach. 12 houses were built on a 5 hectare green area with path network, benches and a barbecue area. Volleyball, badminton, table tennis and a children's playground are in the facility, which is only accessible to our guests via a barrier system. In the adjacent shopping center there is a REWE supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, restaurant, fitness studio with sauna and solarium as well as other shopping facilities.

The 60 sqm non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor in house 11. It has been awarded 4 stars. The spacious windows give it a bright basic mood. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with open kitchen, a hallway, a shower room (hair dryer and magnifying mirror available) and a south-facing terrace with an unobstructed view of the countryside. The decor is bright and friendly. The modern kitchenette includes everything you need for self-catering (electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle). The entire living area is equipped with wooden floors and all windows have external shutters. A small wall safe can be used for your personal valuables.  Free WiFi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.
