The Villa Doris is a modern city villa in a quiet outskirts with a residential street. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (1.5 km).
The holiday complex was completed in 2018 and consists of a main house with 6 exclusive holiday apartments and three high-quality holiday bungalows. The children's playground and a barbecue area branch off to the right from the driveway with sufficient parking spaces.
There is a communal lounge in front of the main entrance for quiet evening hours.
The special equipment of the villa includes a sauna and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee (coin operated machine).
The apartment Flora is on the top floor of the villa and has a south-facing balcony. The living room furnished in modern chic design convinces with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the terrace. A stove invites you to spend cozy evenings.

Tolle Wohnung mit einem Hausmeister, der sich täglich auf dem Gelände um alles gekümmert hat. Ein Austausch eines defekten Wasserkochers und Reparatur des Duschschlauchs wurde innerhalb von 15 min durchgeführt. Auf Emailrückfragen an die Verwaltung währen des Aufenthaltes ,wurde sofort geantwortet. Toll fanden wir auch , dass vor mindestens einem Fenster pro Zimmer Fliegennetze angebracht waren. Allerdings fanden wir die Zufahrtstrasse zum Haus unterirdisch. Das war eher ein Feld / Schotterweg. Für das Auto oder das Rad fahren eine Katastrophe.
