This 64 sqm 3-room apartment in the 2nd Upstairs you can reach via the elevator. The spacious cozy living room with a sofa bed (lying area 115x190) and a large dining table offers space for up to 5 people to eat and relax. The kitchen is also open in the living room integrated and equipped with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, fridge etc. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), the smaller one with two single beds (90 x 200) and sufficient closet space. The bathroom has a shower and sink / WC. From the west-facing balcony, which is accessed from the living room, you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. A parking space is located in the house belonging to the underground car park and is assigned to the apartment. A bike rack is available to guests in the basement as well as washer and dryer for a fee.

In the Baltic Sea resort Ahlbeck is located in an exposed place, directly behind the beach promenade, the apartment house "Miramar". In the City and on the known historical Ahlbeck pier is only a few steps. The location can be described as particularly attractive. In this comfortable apartment house you will find lift, underground parking, steam room and sauna with whirlpool. In the corresponding solarium you can get a nice holiday tan even in winter.
