In a few minutes' walk you can reach the white up to 70 m wide and fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, the historic Ahlbeck pier, the Baltic Sea spa Usedom and the center of Ahlbeck with numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. in car parking space (No. 6) is available in the underground garage of the house and included in the price. It is possible to park your bicycles with you in an adjoining room in the underground garage.

Apartment 06:
The apartment with a size of 40 m² is located on the first floor of the house. The 2-room apartment is modern and offers space for up to 2 people for a pleasant vacation. The living area, with a sunny balcony to the south-west side and seating, is equipped with a modern sitting and dining area, TV and radio / CD / DVD player.
