Altahlbek Dachgeschoss

Im 2. OG unter dem Glasdach staut sich die Hitze ungemein. Die gesamte Wohnung roch auch nach 11-tägigem Durchlüften muffig. Alles in der Wohnung braucht eine Auffrischung; Duschvorhang hat am Saum Pilzbesatz, der Wrasenabzug muss erneuert werden…… Die Parkplatzverteilung ist problematisch ( die Kfz müssen in 2. Reihe oder hart vor den Mülltonnen geparkt werden. Gute Lage.

Wir fanden eine ansprechende saubere Ferienwohnung vor. Die Unterkunft war wenige Meter vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Es war alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub vorhanden.

Helle Ferienwohnung in Alt Ahlbeck

Günstig zum Strand gelegene, sonnige Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss einer modernisierten Altbauvilla mit ausreichender Küchenausstattung. Vorteilhaft war die Nähe zum Bäcker. Die Einrichtung (Dusche mit Duschvorhang, Fliesen, Bodenbelag im Wohnbereich und Jalousien) könnte moderner und farblich geschmackvoller sein. Zweiter Fernseher im Schlafzimmer war nicht funktionsfähig.

Unser Aufenthalt

Die Fewo war im Großen und Ganzen okay. Allerdings im Sommer ist es bei Hitze bestimmt unerträglich. Die Heizung sollte entlüftet werden, der Fernsehr im Schlafzimmer funktioniert nicht. Eine Sofadecke wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.
