A quiet and secluded self contained annex with stunning countryside views overlooking woodland with daffodils and bluebells in spring. The living area has a very comfortable sofa, dining area and a Smart T.V. The property has driveway parking and is perfectly located for bikers/walkers, with countryside walks on the doorstep. The highly rated Malsters Arms is a few minutes walk over the field!

Special Note: It takes an hour to walk by foot to Henley, a 30 minute drive from Reading, and 5 minutes by car. Premises houses an electric gate that locks at 11pm.

We provide an assortment of teas, and an array of coffees enjoyments, as well as fresh eggs and bathroom toiletries.

Charming country flat in a beautiful rural setting.

Anne’s place was perfect for me. It is located an easy 20 min drive from Reading. The flat is just as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. The area is very peaceful, with beautiful gardens that give way to woodlands and continue on to rolling meadows with public footpaths that lead to a local church and pub or on to Henley on Thames. Anne was very responsive and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it. I will definitely return.
