Disappointed - check-in and checkout was frustratingly inefficient and rude. Shower pressure was extremely low in river room which was disappointing seeing as the shower area was beautiful and looked like it could have been good but was a dribble. Robes were child sized and tatty and not good enough for the price we paid the ‘luxurious’ room. Bed was comfy and breakfast was nice.

I'm a regular user of the du Vin Henley and it's a very comfortable and convenient place to stay, a short stroll from car parks and the town centre. I had another good stay, save for the heating in my room being set on full fan at 28 degrees when I arrived. It was like walking into a sauna and took 20 mins to get back to a tolerable temperature. I don't know whether it was housekeeping having some fun, or if it is now policy to cook their guests on arrival. Be warned, and come with a heat shield ready for when you open your door.
