Turned up an hour early and was unable to check in. Was told to wait in the bar area and would be notified when my room became available. Staff didn’t bother and I went up 14:00 on the dot to check in. Then stuck me with the trainee. 3 customers after me checked in before me with the experienced staff member. All internal phones were down during my staff meaning I couldn’t order room service. Had to call using mobile to reception and the re-routed to room service.

We only stayed one night due to a tournament. However the check is was nice and early which meant we could come back and have a swim in between Games. The room was very nice, had everything we needed. Very nice breakfast.

Staff on reception, in bar area and in restaurant very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Only negative feedback is why customers should pay to park on hotel site, this only became apparent after the booking was made so needs to be clearer.

Hotel stay: One night

Went to visit daughter and stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn. Car parking was straight forward as was checking in. The room was comfortable and we had an early morning swim. Breakfast had a variety of options which suited us. The cooked breakfast was cold but wasn't hot. All staff around the hotel were very polite and helpful. Generally, pleasantly surprised that everything was as good as it could be. Would I stay there again: Yes.

Fantastic place

I stayed here ahead of a trip to Wembley stadium which is about 30 mins drive. Lovely hotel, clean and well Presented. Great breakfast as usual for a holiday inn. Staff really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
