Excellent cottage awful Vrbo

The cottage was wonderful once we got in, but on arrival the information from vrbo was totally wrong and we couldn’t get in. I rang the Vrbo helpline and after having been cut off twice i managed to speak to someone, but unfortunately they couldn’t understand what i was saying to them and they were no help at all. In the end we went the cottage next door to find where the proprietor lived and dealt with her directly to access the cottage.
