Suffiecient but not great
The apartment itself was generally okay, but a few things affected our stay:- The washing machine was not working, and the dishwasher was out of order as well, so we had to wash dishes by hand.-The front door key broke once but was quickly replaced, and a kind neighbor helped us get inside.-Parking was not included and, due to ongoing roadworks around the block, we had to park further away than expected.-There was no smoke detector installed.The cleanliness was acceptable overall, but it could be improved in some areas — for example, under the bed had not been cleaned for a while, and we found an old abandoned wasp nest in one of the closets.The biggest downside was the location. The surrounding area felt neglected and not very safe, especially at night, with occasional noise and disturbances outside. The garden next to the building is right by the trash area and not well maintained, making it less pleasant to use.For a short stay in a central spot, this place might be fine, but in our opinion, it is not ideal for a longer vacation.
