Room was clean. Staff offered me an upgrade when I checked in which I took as I was there for a week. Breakfast had some good vegan options. If you take the lift down to 2B you’re conveniently in Kamppi shopping centre which is very handy.

You cannot beat this hotel for location. It is a short walk from the main station. It is connected to the mall and subway stations and it is in the heart of Helsinki! Personally, I loved their breakfast. The freshness and organic nature of the food was much appreciated. The staff were incredible and you couldn't ask for better. However, the rooms are kind of small, amenities lacking and just basic overall.

Good things: the hotel was very central and had a tram stop right in front. The facilities were beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding. I was happy to see plenty of vegetarian options, and most foods being lactose free. Less good: it became very complicated with the breakfast booking as the personnel made several mistakes when charging it. Also the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Some tiles were moldy and the bathroom door had several spots.
