Sijainti oli loistava. Rakennus uusi ja hyväkuntoinen. Maisema parvekkeelta oli fantastinen. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli monimutkainen (tekniikka ei toiminut ulko-ovella). Asunto oli hieman epäsiisti, hiuksia viemärissä, tuhruja, veskin roskiksessa oli roskat, jääkaapissa tyhjä juomapullo. Mutta yleisarvosanana erinomainen.
