Nice clean room, a bit small but very comfortable. The bathroom was very small, but ok for one person occupancy. The staff were great, and very helpful when I needed to borrow an adaptor for the plug. I may be a bit unfair knocking off a star for value for money as this is Helsinki and I know prices are high. But it’s the smallest room I’ve ever had to pay over €100 for. Overall though it’s a nice place, great location and staff.

Close to public transportation, lines, and within walking distance of many of the sites of downtown Helsinki, which was a bonus. The hotel itself shares a building with other businesses in the same set of flats - which is odd, it was not a problem in terms of the stay.

Great central location, but well insulated from noise. Very convenient for getting around. The room was lovely and spacious, had a kettle and fresh coffee was available at reception. Luggage storage after checkout was very useful. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. If visiting Helsinki again I would gladly stay at Hotel Finn again and would recommend it to anyone.

Very central, with only a 5min walk from central station, theres 3/4 bars located at the base of the property which open til 3am 4am on weekends, so can be a little noisey in the early hours. The room i had was a single room, very nice, The room had a kettle, but you have to go down to reception to collect coffee/tea/sugar, milk etc, which was a pain because i was on the 6th floor 😆 I feel a selection could be left in each room? Otherwise it was perfect and id definitely stay here again.

Not bad but not for winter months

Another 'light touch' hotel with partially reception cover, sad to see this cost cutting so often. A good sized room and clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. Biggest gripe was that the heating is inadequate for the size of the room. Duvets are too thin. So it was never comfortably warm. This is bizzare for Finland! Its great to have a kettle in the room but the tea, coffee, milk etc is in reception, which didnt open until 9am and closed by 8pm. All in all, not a bad choice for when temperatures get above freezing.

Small rooms on fifth and sixth floor. Very convenient location, but limited space in the room if you have more than a small amount of baggage. However you can keep extra belongings in lockers in the hall if necessary.

Location, location, location

Great location. Room was spacious, comfortable and minimalist but all the necessary amenities available. The hotel rooms occupy the 5th and 6th floors of a commercial Art Deco renovated building. There isn't a lobby just a reception/check in area where complimentary coffee and tea and hot water is provided when reception is open (it is not open 24 hours).
