The hotel was a great value. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, there was ample space to put our stuff. There was no AC in out rooms, but the windows opened and kept the temperature pleasant-to-cool. The frint desk staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was wonderful with so many choices.

Good location, couple of tram stops each a block away, walkable to main sights like Esplanadi Park. Cozy room, a little on the small side but perfectly functional.
