Unfortunately we were unable to book one of the limited parking spaces belonging to the hotel, so we had to find parking elsewhere. The desk assistant was helpful when we phoned to ask where we should go, but in the end we found our own space, which turned out to be free. We arrived on a Saturday night, and the closed off streets in the area made navigation very difficult. Being better prepared than we were would be advisable! Breakfast was delicious; fresh and plentiful, with something of everything in the help yourself buffet. Apart from our parking problems, this hotel suited us admirably, and was very convenient for the ferry in the morning.

Återkommer gärna till detta hemtrevliga famijära hotell! Rummet med fantastiskt sköna sängar och fräsch toa och dusch gav mervärde. Frukosten var bra och generös, personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig. Det centrala läget nära Knutpunkten gjorde hotellvalet enkelt.

Trasiga produkter på rummet t.ex. lampor. Ingen fungerande tv på rummen men av nå´n märklig anledning så fungerade den i frukostmatsalen. Smutsig toalett med en bakterieflora i toalettstolen, stopp i vasken som gjorde att vatten inte rann ner, detsamma i duschen så det rann istället ut på golvet. Personal som inte verkade vilja bry sig utan istället meddelande att det inte finns problem längre men problem kvarstod trots detta.
